Slow cooker turkey recipe with gravy and potato pancakes.

You can serve this recipe with or without gravy, or even without potatoes.

Serve this turkey on a bed of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients: 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or other fat substitute) 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more if desired) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, butter, salt, flour, baking powder, and sugar.

Beat well with a fork until well blended.

Set aside.

In the bowl of a large slow cooker, combine the remaining ingredients.

Cook on high for 8-10 hours, or on low for 5-6 hours.

Remove the slow cooker from the stove and allow it to cool.

Using a hand mixer, add the egg mixture to the mashed potatoes, and mix until well combined.

Add the milk and apple cider and mix well.

Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes.

In your slow cooker or the bowl that contains the mashed potato mixture, combine all the other ingredients and mix to combine.

Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on top.

Serve with gravy if desired. Enjoy!
