Wash the rice 2.
Chop onions 3.
Heat a frying pan and fry the onions and garlic until golden brown 4.
Add the rice to the pan 5.
Add salt and pepper 6.
Add water 7.
Cook for about 4 minutes or until the rice is tender 8.
Add rice and serve with mashed potatoes or bread.
