Waffle Ingredients 1 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup confectioners sugar Directions Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix together the milk, butter and egg and beat until smooth.
Add the sugar, vanilla and flour and mix well.
Mix in the confectioner’s sugar.
Beat again until the batter is creamy.
Add in the flour and stir to combine.
Divide batter evenly between the prepared baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
